Two paths. One ecosystem. Here’s how to know which one is right for you.
INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Eva Artistic Management
EAM started because of my mother, Dylana Jenson — a violin prodigy, silver medalist at the 1978 International Tchaikovsky Competition, the first American woman and youngest competitor ever to win it. The industry forgot her. I never saw failure. I saw greatness waiting to be remembered. So I started telling her story. Then I started telling others.
Today, EAM represents conductors, composers, violinists, pianists, vocalists, and chamber ensembles across five countries. What's evolved most is the structure — we now operate two distinct tracks.
The EAM Roster is full management. Artists on the roster are working consistently, have their branding and website in place, and are ready for active outreach and representation. We represent soloists, conductors, composers, and chamber ensembles — across all tiers of the field. If the foundation is there and the momentum is real, we want to know about you.
The EAM Classical Artist Registry is our endorsement tier — for independent artists who want the credibility of an EAM listing. It’s application-only, $35/month, and I personally review every submission. The Registry is not a stepping stone to the Roster. It’s a distinct track for artists who are established, self-directing, and want the visibility and credibility of being inside the EAM ecosystem.
Being on the Registry also means you're inside the ecosystem. I regularly facilitate introductions between Registry and Roster artists — conductors meeting composers, soloists connecting with ensembles. Those calls don't happen outside of EAM. They happen because you're in it.
The Registry welcomes artists at every level: Tier 4 (internationally renowned), Tier 3 (established national or international presence), Tier 2 (emerging professionals with growing schedules), and Tier 1 (developing artists building their early profile). Where you are is not a barrier — how you're moving forward is what matters.
Not sure which path is right? Booked & Busy is my membership for classical musicians who want real strategy without the guesswork. You get a Tier Analysis, a personalized Roadmap, and monthly live calls with me — all built around where you actually are in the market right now.
Or if you'd rather talk it through directly —
